This is a rough vid of my friend Dion doing some Freestyle bike tricks. Dion isn't riding any more, which I think is a real shame because he was obviously very talented with it. Maybe he'll take it up again one day as it looks like a real fun way to exercise. makes me wanna buy a bike and try some tricks myself!
